Hi everyone! Well I'm still making lots of dog collars trying to get ready for Octoberfest. I haven't really sold very many. A girl in Arizona just placed an order and then someone in South Carolina should be sending me their check this week. Their collar is for her little dog to be in her wedding. I really want this to work out. I'm trying to find different places that I could possibly sell my collars. I think they are wonderful and wonderfully made. I just wish I could give some away so people could see that they are. I'm hoping that after Octoberfest more people will want them. I've also been looking into doing more festivals if this one goes good. I really hope it does. I bought some new fabric this weekend for Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. I also bought a few other fabrics to mix things up. I figured out that I need to make at least 150 for Octoberfest. I seriously don't know where I'm going to find the time to do it between going to school and being a mom and wife and having to run the house.

Ok you guys so I finally have started making all my collars! And if I do say so myself they are quite lovely. I love making them I just hope that I can start selling them. I think once people see that I have put time into making them as sturdy as possible people will go nuts over them. I wish this October Fest that my friend and I are going to do would hurry up and get here. I think once people see them there they will hopefully start buying them. I'm going to post some pictures for everyone to see, that is if anyone ever reads any of my blog.

I've soooo neglected my blog! I've been super busy. Cody, Avery and I all just got back from Virginia beach. We stayed up there for a week at my Uncle's and it was a much needed break! Cody starts back to school next week and hopefully I'll be starting back to school the week after him. I really hope I get into the medical assistant program, but we'll see. If I do then Avery will be starting school too! I've been a stay at home mom since I had him and I've loved every minute of it. But I'm ready to get back out in the world again and be with people my own age and I think daycare will be really good for Avery. He loves being around people so I think he'll really enjoy being around babies his own age.
I'm going to be super busy from now with Scentsy and I'm going to share a booth with a friend of mine at an arts and crafts festival. I've never done one so I'm kind of nervous but I'm excited at the same time. I'll be selling handmade soap, lotion and bath bombs. I'm also going to be selling dog collars and dog treats(home made). YUM! I just order business cards and I'm just going to stick with "ScatterBrained" I like it and it's very ME! I'll try to update everyone on how my crafts are going and take pictures to put on here!

My husband and I are starting this diet...TODAY! My child is almost 7 months old and I've still only lost 40 of my 100 pounds that I gained while I was pregnant with him. Yes he was a big baby and now I don't feel good at all. I have never been a small girl but I didn't get short of breath by just cleaning the house. It sucks! So I've decided I can't be like this anymore because soon Avery will be going every where and I won't be able to keep up with him! I will be documenting my life transformation on my blog because that's what it is a "life transformation". I am commited to this not only for my health but to have my husband look at me like he used to and so I can look at myself like I used to. I hope I can do this and I think I can. Wish me luck!

Rudeness...

Some people amaze me still to this day. Billions of people in the world have cell phone yet some still don't know what they are for. Earlier I was back in my bedroom with Avery when all of a sudden I heard the dogs barking. Well I walked through the house just enough to see that yes someone was at our door and no they did not call my husband or myself. Needless to say I did not answer the door. Not because I wanted to be rude like the person (i still don't know who it was) that kept knocking at my door but because I DID NOT HAVE ANY PANTS ON! That is why people should call before they decide to randomly knock on doors. And the fact that I was putting my son down for a nap and this person kept knocking and the dogs kept barking so that is what made me the angriest. For all you people that just drop by people's houses without calling DON'T DO IT us the cell phone you pay thousands of dollars for each year!

Festival

together to be in this festival. I LOVE
going to it so why not be in it!

Farmer's Market

Well Avery and I woke up this morning
and we were so excited because we were
going to the FARMER'S MARKET!WOO HOO!
Well we got there and it was only 10:00
and guess what there was no farmer's
market. Needless to say we were very
sad and had to return home. We're
going on a veggie hunt next week though
because we are craving some squash!
